Mould settles where moisture sits: a cold wall corner, the back of a cupboard, shower seals, the edge of a poorly ventilated window. We remove the visible contamination, treat the surface in depth and clean the fabrics nearby, which often carry the spores.
The treatment is only worth it if the cause is identified: broken ventilation, a cold bridge, water ingress, a room never aired. We tell you what we find and what needs a tradesperson. Without that step the patch returns with the first winter, in exactly the same spot.
