The everyday upkeep of a building
Lobby swept and washed, stairs done step by step, handrails and switches disinfected, landings cleared, letterboxes and entrance door wiped, communal glazing cleaned. The rhythm is set by the size of the building: from one visit a week to five.
In older Marseille buildings, terracotta or marble floors need the right product: too harsh a detergent dulls the stone within months. We look at the surface before choosing, and we tell the managing agent what belongs to restoration rather than to routine upkeep.
