A home in Marseille is not cleaned the same way everywhere. An old building in the centre, a block in the eastern districts and a house with outdoor space raise different questions: stairs with no lift, parking to arrange, outdoor surfaces that catch dust and salt. Do you cover every arrondissement?
Yes, from the centre out to the northern and southern districts, and the neighbouring towns as well. Being based in the 11th, the eastern districts are the quickest for us to reach: on an urgent request, that is sometimes what makes a same-day visit possible.
Is parking in the centre a problem?
It is something we plan for, that is all. Tell us whether there is a reserved space, a car park under the building or only paid street parking: we adjust the arrival time and the equipment we carry up. We ask at the quote stage, never on the day.
How far ahead should I book?
For regular upkeep, allow a good week to settle on a slot that will hold over time. For a deep clean or a post-building clean, the earlier the better: those take several hours in one go and are harder to slot into an already full day.
