Cupboards emptied and washed out, grouting descaled, extractor hoods and hobs degreased, marks removed from doors and light switches, radiators and window runners dusted. We work from ceiling to floor, room by room, leaving nothing half-finished behind us.
It is also the service people ask for before a check-out inventory, when getting the deposit back hangs on how clean the place is. We work from the landlord's or agency's checklist when you have it: that is the one that will be read on the day, not ours.
