Aix is not an extension of our map
We run exactly the same services there as in Marseille: regular or one-off cleaning, ironing and windows for private homes, upkeep of offices, shops and communal areas for businesses and managing agents. Around Aix we also cover Gardanne, Bouc-Bel-Air, Cabriès, Simiane-Collongue, Éguilles and Venelles.
The old centre has constraints of its own: narrow streets, pedestrian zones, old buildings where the equipment goes up on foot. Those are settled beforehand, by knowing where to park and what time to come in — not on the doorstep. The residential estates and business parks of the pays d'Aix, by contrast, work like anywhere else.
Travel from Marseille is not charged as an extra and the rates are identical: €50/h for regular cleaning, €60/h for a one-off, €10/kilo for ironing. The 50% tax credit applies in the same way to any service carried out in your home.

Working in the pays d'Aix — your questions
Do you charge for travel from Marseille?
No. Aix and the towns around it are part of our usual area, just as Marseille is: the journey is built into the hourly rate and never appears as a separate line on the quote.
Can you look after a second home while we are away?
Yes, it is a common request in the pays d'Aix. Access is handled with a spare key or a key safe, the visit is described in the quote, and you get a message once it is done. Opening up before a stay and closing down afterwards are part of the same service.
Can a fixed rhythm be kept despite the distance?
Yes, and it is in fact the simplest arrangement for us: jobs in the pays d'Aix are grouped on the same days. A recurring slot therefore holds better there than a one-off request at short notice.
