No film when the sun comes in at an angle
Washing is done with a squeegee, not a cloth: the blade takes the water off in one movement, the glass dries evenly and keeps none of that greasy film that shows the moment light skims the surface. Frames, sills and handles are done at the same time.
The quote depends on size and access: a small casement and a sliding bay need neither the same time nor the same equipment. We count the openings with you during the visit, so there is no surprise on the invoice.
The visit does not stop at the glass: frames, sliding runners and sills are done at the same time, otherwise the first rain brings the dirt straight back onto the clean pane. For openings at height we work with a telescopic pole and purified water, which avoids limescale marks as it dries and removes the need for scaffolding.
The frequency is agreed with you according to exposure: a frontage that catches the mistral and the sea air soils far faster than an inner courtyard. Twice a year is enough for a sheltered home; a shop front usually calls for a monthly rhythm.
