After building work
End-of-works cleaning
Building dust is not vacuumed once: it is picked up several times over.
Three passes, not one
Plaster dust settles in successive layers: you vacuum, it falls again, you start over. That is why a real end-of-works clean happens in stages — dusting from top to bottom, removing adhesive, paint and silicone residue, then washing the floors as a finish.
We also take on what the trades leave until last: labels on glazing, protective film, fine debris in window runners, marks on new joinery and sanitaryware. The property is handed back ready to deliver, to show or to move into.
