The last visit before the keys change hands
A post-works clean is nothing like an intensive tidy-up: plaster dust works its way into window runners, adhesive dries on tiles, labels stay stuck to new glazing. We go through the property room by room, top to bottom, until it is presentable for whoever walks in next.
These jobs almost always hang on a date that will not move: a handover, a viewing, an inventory, a reopening. We work back from that date to organise the visit, and adjust the size of the team rather than asking you to shift yours.

How quickly can you come?
For a planned deep clean, allow a few days so the team can be scheduled. For an emergency — a reopening to hold, a property to show tomorrow — we look for a solution the same day, depending on jobs already under way.
Is rubble and waste taken away?
The clean covers dust, residue and the small waste left by finishing work. Removing rubble, furniture or any real volume falls under clearance: that is priced separately and spelled out in the quote.
Do you come before or after the trades?
After, always. A clean done before the painter's or fitter's last visit has to be done again. If the site finishes in stages, we can plan an interim visit and then the final one.
