In a private home, cleanliness comes from regularity far more than from occasional big pushes. Meriem and her team come to you in Marseille and the surrounding towns, at whatever rhythm suits you: once a week, once a fortnight, or a single visit when the place calls for it.
Every home has its own priorities: a kitchen used three times a day, a shared bathroom, a delicate wooden floor, a pet that sheds. We take note of yours on the first visit and work with gentle products, chosen so they do not saturate the air of a flat people actually live in.

Ménage & domicile — vos questions
How often should I book a visit?
For a one or two-bedroom flat lived in during the week, a weekly visit of two to three hours covers it in most cases. A family house often needs a closer rhythm or a longer slot. We talk it through before anything is fixed.
Does someone have to be at home while you work?
No. Most people leave us a spare key or an entry code: we come while you are at work and you walk back into a home that is done. How the keys are handled is spelled out in the quote.
Are products and equipment included?
Yes, we arrive with our own products and equipment. If you would rather we used yours — an allergy, a delicate surface, a brand you swear by — just say so; it changes nothing to the price.
