After the proceedings, the property
Once proceedings are over, the property remains: belongings left behind, abandoned furniture, appliances out of order, sometimes weeks without ventilation. We empty it, clean it and bring it back to a state that allows re-letting or building work.
We follow whatever the court decision sets out for the tenant's belongings: what must be kept is set aside and inventoried, the rest goes through licensed disposal. Everything is photographed and dated, so the landlord has a complete file.
