What the buyer sees walking through the door
A new-build is not dirty, it is still a building site: protective film on joinery, labels on glazing and appliances, fine dust in cupboards, fingerprints on freshly hung doors. We go through each room in the order the viewing will follow.
What is at stake is the handover report: what the buyer notices in the first ten minutes ends up on the snagging list. We come the day before or the same morning, and we flag to the developer anything that needs a trade to return rather than a cleaner.
