Premises handed back on the lease's terms
A move, a site merger, a closure: the unit has to be handed back empty and clean, often on a date the lease does not allow you to negotiate. We remove furniture, demountable partitions, IT equipment and archives, then clean the unit before the outgoing inventory.
The work is scheduled for a weekend or an evening when trading continues to the last day. Confidential documents never leave with the general waste: they follow the secure destruction route, with a certificate, and that is stated in the quote.
