What your visitors remember
Pans, urinals, basins, taps, mirrors, handles and floors: the round always follows the same order, from least soiled to most, with equipment reserved for that zone and no other. Hard Marseille water calls for more frequent descaling than elsewhere.
Restocking is part of the service: paper, soap, hand towels, bags. A check sheet is filled in on every round — that is what tells you, if there is a complaint, exactly when the last check took place. Several rounds a day are possible on busy sites.
