Do you work outside opening hours?
Yes, and that is the usual arrangement: before opening, after closing, at night or at weekends depending on how you operate. Time slots are set in the contract, and the person assigned to your site does not change without notice.
Can we start without a long commitment?
Yes. Many clients begin with a one-off deep clean, then move to a regular contract once they have seen the work. Nothing obliges you to sign for a year to give us a try.
How is quality monitored?
Through inspection visits and a written report. Anything missed or poorly done is redone, no argument and no extra charge: that is the normal counterpart of a written specification.
