A leak the day before reopening, premises handed back in an unexpected state, a viewing brought forward by three days: in those cases what counts is the deadline. We look at what can be mobilised that day, give you a realistic arrival time, and do not promise what we cannot hold.
An emergency call-out is a rescue, not a miracle: on a badly damaged surface we prioritise with you what has to be immaculate for the deadline — the customer area, the entrance, the toilets — and plan the rest for a second visit once the pressure is off.
