Glass surfaces
Conservatories, glass roofs and bays
Horizontal glazing gets dirty twice as fast as vertical glazing.
The glass you look at from underneath
A conservatory or glass roof catches everything: dust, pollen, red sand on the mistral, droppings, resin from nearby trees. And since you look at it from below, every deposit shows against the light. We treat the glazing on both sides wherever the roof can be reached without rope access.
The framework matters as much as the glass: clogged runners that jam sliding doors, seals where moss builds up, conservatory gutters that overflow in the first storm. We cover those in the same visit, two or three times a year depending on the surroundings.
