In a badly degraded property the first question is not volume but safety: protective equipment, ventilation before entry, identifying risks — unstable flooring, needles, waste, pests, dubious wiring. Sorting comes next, bag by bag, without ever rushing the family.
Disposal goes through licensed channels, with a receipt if you need one, and the property is decontaminated once empty. These cases often come through a social landlord, a legal guardian or a distant relative: we report with photographs at each stage, to the right person only.
