Liaison with your insurer

Dated photographs before work starts, a room-by-room description of the damage, an itemised costing: a file presented in the format the adjuster expects moves considerably faster than a lump-sum estimate. We prepare it from the first visit, before any cleaning begins.

We then deal with the adjuster on your behalf, and attend their visit if you want us there. The decision on cover remains your insurer's, of course: our role is to give them facts that cannot be argued with, not to promise an outcome.
