Treating the source, not the air
Tobacco, damp, pets, cooking, fire or flood: a persistent smell is always held somewhere — a fabric, a seal, a porous surface, a ventilation duct. We look for the source first, treat it, and only then move on to treating the air.
An air freshener only masks, and the smell comes back within days, often mixed with the fragrance. We tell you plainly when a surface is too saturated to recover: a soaked carpet or mattress has to be replaced, and no treatment will hold on it.
