Second home care
The house ready when you arrive, properly closed up when you leave.
Arriving in a house that is expecting you
Opening a house that has been shut up means airing it, dusting, making the beds, washing the floors and checking nothing has moved during the absence: a dripping leak, a shutter slammed by the mistral, insects settled into a closed room. We come the day before you arrive, not on the day.
Closing down runs in reverse: emptying the fridges, taking out the bins, covering what needs covering, switching off what needs switching off. Between stays, occasional check visits are usually enough to avoid unpleasant surprises on your return.
