Clearance & disposal
Clearance after fire or flood
Taking out what is lost, but only once it has been inventoried.
Nothing leaves before it is listed
After a fire or a flood, furniture soaked with water or laden with soot has to go quickly: it keeps damp and smell alive throughout the property. But nothing leaves before it has been photographed and listed — that inventory is the basis of your settlement.
We then dispose through licensed channels and leave the property clear for drying and reinstatement. On a major loss we coordinate the clearance with the adjuster's timetable, so nothing goes before their visit and nothing lingers after it.
