Schools and educational premises
Premises used by hundreds of children by day, reset every evening.
Resetting the school every evening
Tables and chairs wiped, floors swept then washed, bins emptied, contact points disinfected, boards cleaned: a classroom is reset every evening, otherwise the dirt builds from one day to the next. Corridors and stairs are done after the last pupils have gone.
School toilets need particular attention and often more than one visit a day. Holiday periods are used for the heavy work: stripping floors, high-level dusting, washing down walls and overhauling dining halls, none of which can be done with pupils present.
