Getting the water out before it climbs the walls
Standing water does more than wet a floor: it climbs through partitions by capillary action, swells panels and skirtings, and starts mould in barely two days. We remove the water, take out what is lost, clean and disinfect the surfaces, then start the drying.
We record what is affected and how far it goes — that is the information the loss adjuster wants, and what decides the claim. If the damage came from a neighbour or a communal area, our dated photographic record supports the exchange between insurers.
