House and flat clearance

We walk through the property with you before starting: what goes, what stays, what must be found — papers, albums, family pieces. Sorting is done room by room, cellars and outbuildings included, then comes removal and a clean of the empty property.

The quote follows a visit and reflects the real volume: a cluttered one-bedroom flat often takes longer than a tidy house, and access weighs as much as volume — an upper floor with no lift, a narrow city-centre street, nowhere to park. Clearance does not qualify for the 50% tax credit.
