Fully emptying a property, with sorting, disposal and a final clean.
Emptying a cluttered place, keeping what matters, removing the rest — and leaving it clean.
A clearance goes wrong when it starts too fast. We walk through it with you first: what goes, what stays, what must be found whatever happens — papers, photo albums, family pieces. Sorting comes before the van, not the other way round.
Disposal then goes through licensed channels, with a deposit receipt if you need one, and the place is cleaned once empty. Clearance and waste disposal are not personal home services: they do not qualify for the 50% tax credit, unlike cleaning carried out in your home.

Fully emptying a property, with sorting, disposal and a final clean.

Clearing cluttered outbuildings and taking the contents to disposal.

Emptying an estate property, setting aside what has to be kept.

Clearance in degraded conditions, with reinforced protection and sorting.

Removing unsalvageable belongings after fire or water damage.

Removing furniture and equipment on a move or a closure.

Collection and secure destruction, with a certificate of destruction.

Transport and deposit through licensed channels, with a receipt on request.
Anything with a resale value can be offset against the quote, once we have agreed in writing what is taken. We do not do 'free clearance in exchange for the contents': the valuation is stated up front, not discovered as the van is loaded.
An ordinary one-bedroom flat usually goes in a day. A heavily cluttered home or a difficult access — an upper floor with no lift, a narrow city-centre street — needs two days or a bigger team. That is exactly what the preliminary visit settles.
It is sorted and then taken to a recycling centre or a licensed channel depending on its nature. We hand over the receipt on request, which is often required in an estate settlement or by a landlord.
A free preliminary visit: the real volume sets the price, not a guess over the phone.
