The retail area is treated like a high-footfall shop: floors, counters, contact points, display cases. The back office and preparation room call for a separate protocol — dedicated equipment, a set order of work, and no cloth ever travelling from one zone to another.
We keep a written record of visits and of the zones covered, usable during an inspection. We do not touch stock, preparations or measuring equipment: our scope stops at surfaces and floors, and it is written into the quote.
