Drying and dehumidification
A wall dry to the touch can stay soaked to the core for weeks.
Dry on the surface does not mean dry
We install dehumidifiers and fans according to the volume and the materials affected, then take humidity readings throughout the period. A wall or a screed can feel dry to the touch and remain soaked at its core: that is how mould reappears three months later.
The equipment stays one to three weeks depending on the case, and comes out only once the values have come down, not on a date fixed in advance. The successive readings are handed to you: they are the proof the structure was dry before works resumed.
