The first few days decide what can be saved
After damage, time works against the building: soot turns acidic and attacks surfaces, standing water swells panels and starts mould. Moving fast lowers the final bill — and sometimes avoids replacing what cleaning alone would have recovered.
We take the job in order: make safe and remove what is lost, clean and decontaminate surfaces, dry the structure and monitor humidity, then treat the remaining smells. Alongside that, we document every stage in photographs for your insurance file.

Après sinistre — vos questions
Should we wait for the loss adjuster?
For protective measures — pumping, ventilating, drying — no: they limit further damage and the insurer expects them. For anything that removes evidence, we wait for the assessment. We photograph everything before touching a thing.
Do you deal with the insurer directly?
We prepare the costing, photographs and description the adjuster expects, and we correspond with them on your behalf. The policy stays between you and your insurer: they decide what is covered.
How long does drying take?
Usually one to three weeks depending on the materials affected and the season. We take humidity readings throughout and only remove the equipment once the values have come down, not on a fixed date.
