A property recovered after unlawful occupation stacks up problems: waste, abandoned furniture, damage, sometimes improvised wiring and bathrooms out of use. We clear, clean and decontaminate the whole place, flagging anything unsafe before a tradesperson goes in.
The photographic record is part of the service: original state, work done, final state. That file is what the owner uses for their insurer or their case. We only come once the property has been legally freed — the eviction itself is not our role.
