Apartment blocks and co-ownerships

Lobbies, staircases, bin rooms and bin rotation: the everyday upkeep of a block, kept to the calendar.

A block that stays kept, week after week

In a shared building, two things are noticed at once: the state of the lobby and the smell of the bin room. We take on circulation areas, staircases, landings, communal glazing and bin rotation for buildings across Marseille, from small blocks to estates with several stairwells.

The city's collection calendar sets ours: bins go out the evening before and come back in the next day, without a caretaker or a resident having to deal with it. The residents' board gets a regular update, and any damage we notice is reported with photographs rather than discovered three months later.

FAQ

Immeubles & copropriétés — vos questions

Do you work with managing agents?

Yes, as well as with private landlords and residents' boards. The quote breaks down areas, frequencies and the cost per stairwell, so it can be presented as it is at a general meeting.

What happens when collection shifts on a public holiday?

We follow the metropolitan calendar, public-holiday shifts included. That is our problem, not yours: bins go out on the right evening even in a disrupted week.

Can you take on a neglected building?

Yes. We start with a full deep clean of the common areas, billed separately, before moving to the regular contract. Starting a routine service on dirty common areas would misrepresent what the routine can do.

A building to take on?

A quote per stairwell, ready to present as it is at your general meeting.
