Parties communes
Lobbies, staircases, landings and circulation areas, at the agreed rhythm.
Lobbies, staircases, bin rooms and bin rotation: the everyday upkeep of a block, kept to the calendar.
In a shared building, two things are noticed at once: the state of the lobby and the smell of the bin room. We take on circulation areas, staircases, landings, communal glazing and bin rotation for buildings across Marseille, from small blocks to estates with several stairwells.
The city's collection calendar sets ours: bins go out the evening before and come back in the next day, without a caretaker or a resident having to deal with it. The residents' board gets a regular update, and any damage we notice is reported with photographs rather than discovered three months later.

Bins presented for collection then brought back in, to the city's calendar.

Washing and disinfecting the bin room, treating smells and spillage.

Pressure washing and disinfecting bins, on site or off site.

Sweeping, washing and disinfecting parking levels and access ramps.

Heavy one-off work on communal areas left neglected or damaged.

A regular presence: cleanliness, bins, small tasks and reporting to the agent.
Yes, as well as with private landlords and residents' boards. The quote breaks down areas, frequencies and the cost per stairwell, so it can be presented as it is at a general meeting.
We follow the metropolitan calendar, public-holiday shifts included. That is our problem, not yours: bins go out on the right evening even in a disrupted week.
Yes. We start with a full deep clean of the common areas, billed separately, before moving to the regular contract. Starting a routine service on dirty common areas would misrepresent what the routine can do.
